Meditations
Set aside time to intentionally be still with yourself. I provide a variety of guided visual meditations and also practice the Metta meditation of Loving Kindness.
Explore your earliest recollections, let nature unfold her gifts to you, or sit in quiet contemplation giving Loving Kindness prompts to yourself and others in your life.
These meditations and guided visual interventions have therapeutic qualities that can help process problems or find a sense of peace and calm.
The goal can range from tuning into your creative power to simply feel rejuvenated.
Problem as Metaphor
A guided meditation that helps you take an intangible problem and create an image of a tangible object. Maneuvering the object within your mind's eye, then integrating your play into a presenting problem, helps you find solutions in ways that would otherwise be inaccessible.
Early Recollections
This Adlerian intervention is an imagery technique that explores your three earliest recollections. Through the images and storyline of the memories, themes are derived, and an opportunity to exercise your creative intuitions onto the memories is facilitated.

The Logic of Nature
This nature medication, inspired by the work of Medicine Grizzly Bear and Marina Bluvshtien, helps you gain access to the strategy of life that a living creature has. This creature comes through a guided meditation and is purposefully chosen to address a presenting problem you are coming in with.
Loving Kindness
This metta meditation from the work of Sharon Salzberg is an exercise of love to yourself, a stranger, a beloved, and someone with whom you have conflict. This meditation offers you the space to center your attention on giving gifts of love to yourself and others.
