The Therapy Cove

        Growing up in rural Western New York, I have always cherished the hospitality of my mentors and elders throughout my life. Outside of a sterilized office environment where everything looks crisp and perfect, here you can feel free to be your imperfect self. 

      Inspired by the hills of the Adirondacks, The Therapy Cove is a warm and inviting space where calm and creativity thrive. The mountainous mural carries within it messages of the presence of compassionate holding. In this place are painted mountains; in this place we sit in the valley. 

       To the South is a growing Elder tree, Winifred, the keeper of stories. She holds the figures that make up our imagination. Her heart glows near the base of the tree. Woven together in the heart is water and fire. Water, the great restorer, and fire, that which brings us together.

      Many Sandtray minitures make up the corners of the room and in The Therapy Cove, you can let your imagination light up accessing your creative power to transform problems into opportunities.
