Individual Therapy
All of us have developed useful and useless ways of navigating our lives. We carry grief and wrestle our way to joy in this constantly changing world. The climate, the seasons, the culture, and our families all shape how we form our life's strategies.
How to journey this human path, staying connected to self and remain in relationship with all other beings, is at the heart of my practice.
With integrity and honor, I hold each client's story with gentleness, compassion, and firmness. I work with depression, anxiety, shame, guilt, neurodivergence, childhood trauma, religious and spiritual trauma, LGBTQIA+ identity formation, and parent/child conflict. Through insight and somatic play, I seek to notice relational patterns, body oriented signals, and your overall adaptation to challenges. Within each challenge there is a gift waiting to be revealed, a purpose waiting to be spoken. Condemning problems only results in further suffering.
Our problems often feel like enemies, but what if enemies are actually messengers. With me, we will take time to unfold the process of a problem and search for the hidden lessons.

I am a nonpathologizing, trauma-informed, kink, queer, poly-affirming, and socially responsible practitioner. As an LMFT, I use a multigenerational lens and systemic theories to health and relational wellbeing. I use experiential interventions such as sculpting, parts play, mindfulness, journaling, and early recollections.
I believe we are all innately whole, even though trauma fragments how we relate to ourselves and others. We all have an innate connectedness to all our inner parts. To find that integration, I work to help you gain access to the healer within.
