Loving Kindness

Loving Kindness, or Metta in the original Pali language, is a meditation practice that exercises the intention of good will from your heart in four directions: 

 

Yourself - a self-sustaining encouragement.

 

A Benefactor - someone with whom you cherish, when you think of them a smile appears.

​

A Neutral person - all the depersonalized people within the capitalist system, your grocer, bus driver, security guard, or person on the street. 

​

And someone with whom you have a challenging relationship - This doesn't have to be the worst person in your life, rather it is a person 

​

May you be Happy 

May you be Safe

May you be Healthy 

May you live with ease of Heart
