Service Description

Family, home, belonging, what do these mean to you? To your family? What has been left undone? Is there grief, forgiveness, or secrets that have yet to be navigated? Are you feeling discouraged by your relationship with your child? Or are you needing to release some heavy truths to your parents? Are you yearning for a deeper connection with your adult children or siblings? The answer to these questions is at the foundation of how conflict, communication, love, and intimacy have been formed. What are the superpowers you offer to your family? And who are the common enemies--blame, anger, fear? Each a test of will. I believe in the magic of holding space for all that is present for a family with reverence and respect. Whether married, poly, queer, partnered, I create a collaborative space with humor, compassion, and integrity where each member's experience is validated and calculated into the entirety of the family's patterns. Unpacking intergenerational patterns is slow and steady work. Each of us carry the legacy of our upbringing and together with time we will work to unraveling the string that ties us to old useless patterns. Imagine feeling your current family issues as an entity at a distance, what's it look like? What's it sound like? Now, lets practice how we would like to encounter and respond to this entity. I challenge certainty and encourage agency. Democratically we will rewrite the family's process and practice making mistakes until we discover in ourselves and witness in each other new ways that equip us with strength for getting yet another step closer to our goal--belonging. I imagine each parent putting their biggest insecurities to the test. I believe each child is yearning to count, be courageous, connect, and feel capable. And I see each sibling mapping out their piece of the puzzle of their family legacy. Are you and your family willing to be honest in the face of fear, challenge the roles and rules that do not serve the family, and uplift the roles and rules that strengthen the family? If so, you are ready. If not, let's get ready together!
