Service Description
Our day to day can feel so chaotic. Setting time aside to intentionally be still with yourself and your body can do wonders in recalibrating your mood and body regulation. I practice Loving Kindness meditation and a variety of guided visual meditations. Learning to anchor with breath, find balance in body, and grow in loving awareness towards the present moment are all skills that can aid in letting go of the uncontrollable and building a centered self. Together we will rise and fall with the tides of change and experience.
